  • PEN offers an installment plan, whereby members pay on a monthly basis.  The installment plan requires a payment of at least $1.50 per month.  Water will be sent after we receive at least $4 in payment towards membership.  Starter kits will be sent after we receive at least $9 towards membership.
  • PEN offers subscriptions only for those in institutions which do not permit membership in outside organizations.  Subscriptions are $16 per year.
  • PEN accepts postage stamps as payment for memberships, subscriptions, and publications.  We do not offer free memberships.
  • PEN publishes letters from incarcerated members and subscribers in our newsletter Water if they are relevant to other PEN members.  These letters may be edited for brevity.
  • PEN will, to the best of our ability, assist prison chaplains in finding Pagan clergy to serve at their institutions.  We will also advise chaplains as to the common religious needs of Pagan inmates.
  • PEN is not able to give legal advice or to assist in individual cases.
  • PEN does not offer training in any specific Pagan religion.  Nor can PEN send books or literature to incarcerated Pagans other than our own publications.

The PEN Home Office is available to provide further information to prison chaplains.  We encourage them to contact us at PaganEdNet@aol.com or at the above address.  We will do whatever we can to assist them in their efforts to serve the religious needs of the Pagans in their care.

To assist you, we have compiled the following list of resources. Please include a first-class stamp when contacting any of the following organizations.
